★★★★★ A fantastic book that I loved reading. It might not be perfect, but it is perfect to me. Would reread it.

★★★★☆ A great book that I thoroughly enjoyed reading, with a well executed plot with a superb twist. The story gripped me, but it didn't wow me. It wasn't THE book, but I would recommend it to my partner. Would definitely continue the series.

★★★☆☆ An average book, not bad, but not great either. I liked it more than I disliked it, but it disappointed or underwhelmed me. However, I would read something else from the author. Would potentially continue the series.

★☆☆☆☆ Good premise and pretty cover, but I HIGHLY disliked everything else about this book (plot, writing style, characters, editing, message etc...) and questioned how it even got published. I wanted to DNF it the whole time (may have speed read it). Would not continue the series and not recommend to anyone.
